"What ever is happening for you right now is your
experience, it is relevant in your life and therefore
it is important."

How can I help you?

Very often client’s say to me “I know this is going to sound stupid …” or “ I know there are a lot of other people worse than me ….”
Please know that whatever your difficulty is, it is your experience. What is happening at this moment in your life, what may have happened in the past or indeed a worry about the future … it is important to you because it is your experience. I acknowledge, value and accept what you wish to bring to the counselling process. There are no rules about what to bring to counselling or psychotherapy, however, some common issues people might bring to counselling are:

General Counselling
Anxiety
Work Place Issues

Trauma
Relationships
Stress
Self Harm
Post-Traumatic Stress
Mental Health Issues
Trauma
Self Esteem
Depression
Phobias
Bereavement
Sexuality
Anger Management
Child Related Issues
Eating Disorders
Others ....
