Anxiety
Are you often overwhelmed by anxiety? Whether it is an existing issue or you are ruminating about the past or future, the effect is the same. You can’t think straight, your feel tense and stressed, you have knots in your stomach, you can’t sleep properly and there feels like there is no way out. Constantly feeling like this can be debilitating and exhausting.
So the more you worry ... the more you worry … it’s a vicious spiral ... however ... NOT IRREVERSIBLE!

“When awareness is achieved then one can move to replace old patterns with new ones. It is these new adaptable patterns that leads to a successful mastery of anxiety.”
Clients wish to ...
