Returning to Rooms combined with online therapy - Monday 21st April

I look forward to retuning to my rooms for one day a week to facilitate clients/supervisees who are not comfortable with the online platform. My rooms abide by the Covid 19 government guidelines.

A little reminder: 
I am an experienced counsellor and I understand contacting me is difficult. You may be feeling overwhelmed and possibly finding it difficult to cope. I will support you as we explore what you need from counselling and how I can help you. I believe that life doesn't have to be so hard and it is possible for you to live in a more fulfilling way. Counselling is a wonderful opportunity to take stock of your life, to heal old wounds and figure out how to live happily. Let us work together to help you learn to understand why you are feeling and behaving in certain ways and how to make different choices that will enhance your life.
I specialise in a Body-Centred Psychotherapy called The Hakomi Method. I support you as you study your body's language, enabling you to access more information regarding areas of discomfort, pain or trauma.
